Everything
old is new again at Integrated Architecture. Focused on historical
renovation, adaptive reuse and new design, architects, engineers
and interior designers bring century old buildings back to lifepreserving
their heritage while creating new environments for residential,
retail and industrial use.
The
stones for this Alpena landmark came from local fields donated
by farmers who wanted to curry favor with the prominent
politician for whom the house was built. Restoration efforts
to recapture the elegance, seen in this 1908 postcard, begin
with the upper level ball room and include plumbing and
a new kitchen.
