Everything
old is new again at Integrated Architecture. Focused on historical
renovation, adaptive reuse and new design, architects, engineers
and interior designers bring century old buildings back to lifepreserving
their heritage while creating new environments for residential,
retail and industrial use.
Located
in historic downtown Manistee, MI, a town founded by the Lumber
Industry in the early 1800's, this adaptive reuse maintains
the original walls and tin ceilings of three separate street-level
retail shops. The brick walls create natural boundaries between
the entrance, bar, formal and informal dining.
